Moonhub VR Training In Action | Testimonial 2: Corps Security

By November 11, 2021No Comments

November is our testimonial month, where we speak with different members of organisations we are currently working with so you can hear directly from them; this will allow for a deeper understanding regarding the different industries in which VR training is applicable.

Techjury have quoted Capgemini in stating that “82% of companies implementing AR/VR indicate that benefits exceed expectations.” This therefore further demonstrates that now is the right time to utilise this technology.

This week, we’re focusing on our work with Corps Security, whom we work closely with to provide training to both their own employees, and also several of their partner organisations such as BNP Paribas. We primarily provide security training to these companies, and so our testimony will focus on this side of our client relationship.

In today’s blog, we will hear from Seetan Varsani, Director of Corps’ Major Accounts & Strategic Development.

How would you describe MOONHUB training?

MOONHUB is the platform of choice to administer training via immersive learning capabilities. Simply place the VR headset on and be deployed to a place/site/post to be tested and faced with real life challenges. Here, you are able to learn and develop your skills, in your environment, allowing you to better yourself in owning this position/post/element of your role.

Why did you decide to integrate VR training into Corps Security, and your partner organisations such as BNP Paribas/ROH?

Our relationship with MOONHUB has been one of connection. We have ingrained within each other’s business, captured and harnessed the true capability of such technology and stitched this into the fabric of Corps Security’s business.

We are now able to train our workforce on specific roles/responsibilities which are key to our client estates and security threats within our communities currently – ensuring our teams are trained, drilled and tested to the highest levels, maximising retention of key information on key protocol and processes on client locations.

What do you imagine VR training will provide for your team internally, and your clients?

Internally– this will engage our teams to get refreshed and stay ahead of the curve, and re-energised on training themes within the company. Often training can be bland in its approach from traditional classroom courses, theory-based and e-learning.

To our clients, our ability to visualise and simulate real threat scenarios will show true value in testing and training.
